On Sunday, June 2nd, DuPage County State’s Attorney Bob Berlin participated in the BAPS Charities Walk at Bartlett Park in Bartlett. The event was well attended and everyone enjoyed some great weather.

This year, BAPS Charities will support The Nature Conservancy’s efforts to plant one billion trees by 2025 through their Plant a Billion Trees initiative. Walk Green 2019 will help The Nature Conservancy plant 61,000 additional trees in 2019. During the last four years, from 2016 to 2019, BAPS Charities Walkathons will have helped plant a total of 361,000 trees.

As of the time of this writing, over $25,000 has been raised in support of these efforts. Bob is proud to support these goals, and a clean DuPage County that anyone can enjoy in peace and safety.
